HACCP

It is part of our corporate philosophy to meet top requirements in time.

A large part of our cartonboard output is delivered to the foodstuffs and pharmaceutical industries. Both for understandable reasons have high requirements for the hygienic purity of the product and consequently also on production. For this reason we have also taken up this challenge by establishing the HACCP hygiene management system in our mills.

The recycling cartonboard interest group INREKA has transferred the HACCP standard for hygiene management - developed by NASA for space travel - to the cartonboard manufacturing processes. The HACCP system goes far beyond the traditional quality requirements for cartonboard as a product and also includes such important and sensitive parameters as personal hygiene, impurity and glass control, cleaning cycles, pest control and microbiology.
